A nice PoD,
yesterday we made something like that with the LAN Fun Mod,it's really funny...
everyone took a a10(the version of PR) and we start in formation all together,WOW,that was an eye-catcher(hope the right word :P)

I thought a knife edge pass consisted of them both facing outwards, as in the payload under the wings from both planes is in the center....

Yeah you're right, both canopies should be on the outside and the bellies should be touching for Knife Edge Pass. Like in this picture:
