"No packet flow" error from punkbuster

Hey, I was playing on a server and I was doing fine for a while, but then I got kicked and an error came up from punkbuster saying "No packet flow". Can anyone help me out? Do I need to download punkbuster? If it helps, I haven't downloaded any patches yet.

Don't play on wireless

Make sure all the ports on your router are open (see: www.portforward.com)

Make sure firewall is off or is letting data through

Is it a necessity that I don't play on wireless? Because that's all I know of around here.
