hey guys,

tomorrow im going to uninstall BF2 deluxe to see if my SF will then work, i need a couple of questions answered first before i do this.

Q1. will BF2 still work if i re-install it?

Q2. will i have to reinstall the patch?

Q3. Will PB kick me?

Q4. will it be worth it?

3) maybe. best to update it after u install
4) idk. i havent played SF in a while, but if u really want to try SF , then go ahead. (as in if u havent given urself the 2nd tier of unlocks then id go for it)

Q1. Hard to say if it will work or not, since BF is such a driver sensitive game.
No probs while installing here though. Just do the right things.

Make sure you install BF manually. (Browse cd and find the installers of BF and SF) Why? Coz many problems were reported while installing BF Deluxe automaticly.

- Uninstall BF
- After uninstalling BF, delete your Battlefield2 map located in My Documents.
- Restart PC.
- Install BF2. (browse cd, click on installer)
- Install SF. (browse cd, click on installer)
- Q2 Yes, patch with Full 1.41 patch.
- Q3 PB issues? Maybe, if so update PB files. http://www.evenbalance.com
- Q4 Worth it? Yes.. Not only to play but for the weapons too..

Well, cant answer that.. Maybe it helps saying that most of the problems with BF is driver related.. Downloading newer drivers will fix 85% of the problems...
