Man, have any of you guys realized how...well the right word would be..how intelligent this site is? Everyone gives everyone else info, there is hardly any flaming, and the attitude is relaxed. Compared to totalbf2.com..the worst argument here is a, a bunny playing a flute..yeah...on a cloud..in heaven. I really hope that this forum will stay this way, even when the game is released, but I doubt it, because with the game comes the whiners, unsatisfied gamers, and the just plain annoying people who can't deal with what life throws at them...man..I will miss how this server is like...good times.:cry:

Well forums are supposed to be used for exchange of information, intelligent discussion, and general chatter but after 2142 comes out, I think there will be an influx of memebers in here that will degenerate into what is seen in the BF2 area unfortunately. It is the nature of almost any forum I have come across, especially when you add younger, immature players with anonaminity into the mix.

Especially with demize floating about, means our little ideas/throughts and or interpretations might actually have some minor influence in a aspect of the game.... makes it seem worthwhile.

I have an acct one TBF2 fourms but I don't post there cause bout 90% of the posts are flames.

Only reason why this place is untouched by it is caused the game isn't out yet. Once it comes out you won't be seeing me much.

As i said, some "mature" people (the " " are cause mature doesn't always match up with the age of a person) can come in conduct with the admins/mods and form-up private forums, create a group and post in that private forum (unseen/closed to anyone out of group) with safety.

I run a forum myself and this is feasible.

I'm 13, believe it or not. And i class myself as a mature gamer. I'm surprised at how childish people at my age can be, glad i'm not like that ;)

Very good forums this, I just hope it does'nt turn into the N3rf this n3rf that, wtf Haxoar, J-10 is like teh ownzor and the like, that TotalBf2 Battlefield Disscussion is currently. I reckon this site will become VERY popular, maybe some more Mods are need;)

Completely agree, I myself have just turned 14, and can see that I type just as well as anyone else here in these forums, well, save a few people. I can be immature when I feel like it (see OMG thread:D ), but just as mature when I feel like giving my two cents. Its really unfair how the "older" class of gamers (15+) class themselves as higher ranked than us, when in reality, only a small number are. There are just as many 13 year old whiners as 15+ whiners, perhaps less when you see it from my view. 15+ gamers usually think of themselves so highly that they think an entire gaming community of more than 750,000 people will bend to their will on a whim, which is just about the stupidest thing that I have ever heard. So incredible is this, that I would not have believed it had I not seen this kind of behavior in the totalbf2 forums. Luckily, there are many of us that actually want to help, and contribute daily to good forums such as this one. There is little to no flaming, the attitude is relaxed, and immaturity is kept to a minimum. I seriously think, that if we turned everyone in this forum into a clan, that we would be very, very good.

I dont really care how old anyone is, if they have skills, they can play on my team anytime! I could use the help! Just dont scream into the mic please :) I play Halo from time to time with my 7 & 10 year old kids and they are actually getting really good! My friends think I am kidding until they come over to play against them in deathmatch and get owned a few times! I taunt them after they get sniped by a 7 year old!

Well...you seem to have a very good attitude towards gaming, unfortunatly, there are not many like you in the BF2-2142 community. If you make a clan, be sure to invite me. :D

Age means ****all there are a lot of 25+ gamers who are worse than my 10 year old nephew especially when it comes to voip or teamspeak stuff as long as people act mature towards me i am happy:D

If im sniped by your 7 yrs kid, i'll swim across the Atlantic to your house and format your hard drives... or i may jump from a window, since it will be easier than swimming the Atlantic i guess :D .

The way the latest article talks about a mech makes it seem that if you dont have 2 people in it your toast.

Well, thats what everyone thinks about the helicopters in bf2 but with pratice I learned how to shoot those missles like a gun and not rely ont he splash damage, or lack there of for kills.
