For example, the pilot of the walker only has control of the main cannons, but not the antipersonnel machine gun. Someone else will need to control that, which means that if you pilot a walker solo, you could have trouble taking out a concerted infantry attack. We tried to do so ourselves, and though we unloaded on a single infantryman in the open, our walker's guns were designed to take out large vehicles, so the infantry managed to elude our fire. This led to trouble shortly afterward, as the soldier took cover behind rocks and destroyed us with rocket fire.

They really need to sort vehicles out. First off, the pilot should get the same points as the gunner for kills. Bare in mind that this is his only reward for kills in a pub game.

Also a simple queue system would make life much easier. You get to the helipad first, you get a message saying "You are first in line" or whatever, the next person gets "You are second in line" and so on. Then, when the chopper spawns, it is locked to all but you untill either you get in, or you leave the helipad. Obviously you would have limited time, say 10 secs, to get in to stop you just sitting on the pad and going afk. But I think it would work.

I can get 50 kills a round wither way, after 600 and some hours in BF2 I would hope that I could master every vehicle and I can lol.

Good for you lol i cant fly a jet very well i am alright at bombing i can shoot down planes but when someone gets behind me i am all done lol so i learned to just stay away from jets most of the time but i can tv jets lol

I mich prefer gorund combat and running around with a DPV taking flags and defending them with a squad.

but when some one gets in the air and starts owning and talking smack I hop in a jet just to shoot them down and while im up there I keep them down and start bombing stuff my self lol.

I wish they would add in a feature for pivate comms with the other players in your vehicle, it would probably create too much lag and network overhead though.

problem with being a gunner is that sometimes( most times actually) you get a **** pilot who doesnt have a clue what he is doing and second you cant go where YOU want to go.

I am a great piolet and I love it when my gun ner gets on voip and trys to tell me what to do.

It was really, REALLY easy to shoot down planes in BF1942.. flak cannon them for like 2 seconds and that thing is GONNNNNEE... in bf2.. 2 missles isnt enough to kill a jet and guess what? Stinger sites only get 2 missles, how fair is that?
