SF Crash back to desk top

Just a quick question I think I may know the answer but you never know

Playing SF and then I would suddly crash back to desk top after about four complete rounds. All the computer and graphics cards have been updated and I have the latest patch will i need to reinstal SF to stop this? :rolleyes:

I have no issues with BF2 or BF2142 but SF does the same thing for me.

same thing happens to me with and i have a brand new comp! with an 8800gtx!! i think all you need to do is reboot your computer before u play bf2 and it should be fine.

Are you running Vista x64? There is a memory allocation issue that deals with how the OS/BF2 accesses large blocks of RAM.
