Hello all,
We've run into an issue with out domain name - desert-conflict.org . It seems that whoever actually owned the domain name, let it expire without any of the current devs knowledge. We're working on trying to figure out if we can get it back online yet or not.
In the mean time, I've set up a new domain name, and we'll be using that one until further notice. If we do get the old one back, we'll just use both domains. I'll keep you posted.

I thought EOD Junglist said that he was the owner:

What am I missing?

He may be the owner, but from what I heard, our old web admin also had access to that domain, too. It was suppose to have been transferred to our current web admin a while ago. We're trying to see if we can still do that yet. At least, that's what I've heard. lol

the location for Jung is the same, and I recall seeing that name on the forums a long time ago, so he may be the owner.
Anyway, I like the new name.

Like I said I'm still the registered owner but it was supposed to transfered to Dub when I left DCon, He however has messed up the transfer and it's still in my name.
I had let Doorstop know this when your VBB license expired and I got emails from VBB about the site running an unlicensed version.
I asked him for your current web admin to contact me on MSN to complete the transfer but I never heard from him after he added me to MSN.
I'm going away now so when I get back we can finish the transfer correctly if you like.

***EDIT***
Just found some emails on the matter, I had been getting emails similar to this one I got recently, back when I last spoke to Doorstop on MSN;

Thanks, Jung.
Looks like everything's back in order. Thai just let me know the old domain is back up and running.
Both domains will now point to the website and forums, so you can use either one now.

We still need to get on MSN or TS sometime and sort out the full transaction correctly so that it shows your details on a whois search. It will help you in future when the domain expires or any other license expires.
I keep getting the emails about this which are obviously no good being sent to me :)

I would contact Doorstop or Thai. Thai would be the one who needs to get the domain transfered to.
