in multiplayer i get this really wierd and annoying as lag. its nothing to do with ram or fps and my ping is fine. its really jerky when i move around, for example, i look to the right and it jerks left. i also get the same type of lag in CS: Source. i used to think it was norton that caused this wierd lag because it played fine after i completely removed it, but that only lasted a day or 2 and then the jerky lag came back. it works fine with my other comp thats connected to the same net but jerks around like hell for me. Any ideas?

i recommend a defrag. and this sounds like mouse-lag and the only fix i kno for mouse lag is......
(this is for nvidia video cards cuz idk if it works or not with ati cards)
download/install a program called RivaTuner (it mite take a while to install, but dont worry its a safe program)
then under DriverSettings click on the button next to customize, and hten more buttons will appear and click on the 2nd one with the Green X. Then shift over to VSYNC tab and for the Prerender Limit, set that to 2 or 1.
