I'm searching for someone making me a new sig, I already asked 18vision for maing me one, but it's better to have some more, so I can really decide what's looking best for me.

It should look like my old but with other style, be creative and the the makers sig I take gets a cookie. :D

open a new document, 3x3 pixels, transparent background

get out your pencil tool, and fill the top 2 lines with black, leave the last line clear

go to edit>define pattern, and name it "Scanlines"

viola!

Yeah! it was less complicated than i thought!!!
Thank you for the nice advice...it rocks, and it's what I searched for!!
I searched hours on internet to find a good filter to make a similar effect...nope!
Though i suggest you to check-out also the "grain filter" whit horizontal pattern...it's a bit different from your method but is quite good.
