Trying for Medium High

I want to at least run medium high so here is my system
OS: Windows XP Media Center
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.06Ghz Supports HThreading (I know CPU has dropped a bit of hope already for the med/high part)
RAM: 2 gigs of 667 RAM
Video card: 8600gt 512MB DDR3 VERSION!(yes caps underline and such was needed because some people just read 8600gt and say no it wont run good on a 256mb card.)
PSU: 400W

trying for medium high I dunno if I'm gunna get there so i could use a little help knowing before I go out and spend money

I got the 8600gt and I run medium high with no lag..only about 20 fps tho..I really hope the full game doesnt lag like the demo.

Well, I have Vista...
Procesor: AMD Athlon 64 2X (dual-core) 2.8Ghz +5600
grafix card: 8600 GTS 256MB
Ram: 2 gigs

And i run high-medium minimum lags...

hmm I wonder how I'll go cause you do have a duel core I have single 3.06ghz but the up side in some ways I'm running XP and I'll have a 8600gt 512mb DDR3 version so I might be able to run the same as you if not maybe less

Board can't handle it :( meh I just crysis the demo I culd get it earlier I was capped stupid slow net and at a resolution of 1650x1050 I got a really good FPS its was running smooth as warm sh!te of a shovel

so thats with a 7600gt 256mb version with 1 gig ram

so I should atleast achieve a full medium with an 8600gt 512mb version with 2 gig of ram
