Well dont make fun of me because i dont have a very nice pc.
these are my specs
Gigabyte GA-K8U mobo 754 socket :(
Ati radeon hd 2600 pro 512mb on 8x agp :(
1.5 gigs of ram
amd anthalon 64 30000+ stock 2 ghz ocd to 2.2
xp sp2 32bithome edition

well i can play the game with everyting on meduim at 1024x768 at around 25 fps and everyting on low witht he same reso at about40-50 fps.
i dont mind it on meduim but just the little lag spikes here and there. i would rather play it on meduim than low and i really cant afford any new parts. my pc is older yes but is there anything i can do to increase my performance. like recommended settings?

Make sure you disable your AV and also all the unnecessary background processes. I only have about 24 processes which I think is ideal. Also, defrag your hdd. :D

Defragging can be a huge performance boost on a computer that doesnt do it daily.
