I see the dedicated server startup file in the directory when I loaded the game..but I really really don't want to upload the whole game like I did with COD4 to the server. I just want a straight answer with a date if the answer is yes on whether or not we will get Dedicated server files released. :(

lets hope so cause I'm already feed up with dealing with COD4 and their lack of support for the community in putting out server files.
Edit: it appears Branzone was sent the Dedicated Server files from EA, I just emailed them and asked about it. But this is lame as they won't release to the rest of the world.
FYI also I've found a file for CryRcon that was made to control servers but this is beside the point of needing server files.

Where are you getting your information from to make a statement like that? I bet if you took a survey that most of the players would say that the MP features of games are just as important to them if not more important than single player. If EA is working off the same assumption as you that would go a long way to explaining their miserable support for the online gaming community.
I can only speak for myself but is’ all about multi-player with me. I have not played the single player version of a game since the original Metal of Honor Allied Assault game was released.
The thing that pisses me off is the fact that no one from EA or their partners is giving us a straight forward answer as to when the server files will be available if at all. EA just continues to ignore its customers but we should all be used to that by now as it’ seems to be a standard business practice for them now a days. If they were in any other industry and exercised the same business practices and principals they would either be out of business or indicted by a grand jury.

here is what I got when I was directed to apply for "Trusted Server Partner" which I figured was a joke but what the hell, I'm not getting any other answers to my questions from anyone.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts support and expressing interest in the Trusted Server Partner program.
Unfortunately, Electronic Arts is not currently seeking any further candidates for the Trusted Partner program. Should this change the Crysis Marketing team and Cyrsis Community team will make the public aware of the change by posting a message to the Official Crysis Website located here: http://www.ea.com/crysis/
We want to thank you for your interest and support in both the program and the Crysis franchise and hope to see you “In the Game!”
Should you have any further questions, please take a moment to review our Knowledge Base site at http://support.ea.com.
Sincerely,
EA Rep Brad

smooth gameply my foot, MP is far from smooth it gets mixed reactions from different machines some people may get MP smooth and SP laggy as hell others vice versa, personally i hate the massive frame drop i get when i even try MP.
MP = another Futuristic BattleField on a better engine with bigger toys to play with.
Why bother buying a game with such depth and detail that is far beyond anything else, its got an awsome SP campaign and its bought by people to play MP... whats the point. Might aswell go play WoW if all you want is pure online play.

Its not the makers of the game's fault that any one persons system can't play it.. its called change. Do you expect the xbox followers to play current xbox games on the very first xbox system thats out? Nope, they will get a xbox 360 and play on.
The MP is great, smooth and worth the purchase!
but this is way off topic.. My biggest complaint is someone knows where the dedicated server files are and they won't post here giving them or giving a link to them. EA is tight lipped also and this is pretty damn lame considering those that wish to host a server.

Does anyone here from MyIS have any idea or know that they have Dedicated Server files???? I know Branzone said they had them but nobody will share!

Yes I need them too. I tried uploading the entire dvd to one of my dedicated servers and can't seem to get a server to run using the dedicated_server.exe. If EA is going to keep the server files from everyone outside their monopoly of "Trusted GSPs" then this game is going to fail before it get's started.

I have 2 servers currently with MyIS for Crysis. MyIS has the exact same thing as you, the full game.

If the files that I had my provider install on our dedicated box for me will work you are more than welcome to them.
I could set it up so you could download them from one of my websites or FTP's they are only 2.08GB which would be a whole lot quicker than trying to upload the entire game from a residential internet connection. If you have a dedicated box you could transfer them directly to your server.
There are only two thing that concerns me, it appears that they did not install the server by using the actual game itself but I cannot make any guarantees that these files will actually work for you if I allow you to transfer them. The other concern I have, would be me getting in trouble for sharing them.
If you want to send me a private message or contact me on X Fire we can discuss the details and I will try to help you out but remember no guarantees that they will work because I had the provider do this and did not install them myself.

Thanks Mitch.. I may get back to you later tonight about that on xfire.. here is what I've found out so far.
Here are quotes from someone official at Crytek:
" There are no pure dedicated server files available since the dedicated server is included in the retail version of the game you can purchase online or in a store. So every server provider can just purchase a copy of the game and then host as many servers as needed since no CD-Key is required for a dedicated server.
We are currently taking a dedicated server package into consideration.
-alex
as for the linux server, I am sorry but I don't have any news to tell you about this. It is planned but I can't tell when it will be out.
-alex
we are currently working on finalizing the documentation about the dedicated server. should be ready early next week. Smile (this post was dated the 16th)

Now it would appear they are working on dedicated server files.. Ibelieve the ones you had loaded are stripped down from the game install kinda the way COD4 is working....but this is long over due as these files should have been out days before the game was released IMO.
