My issue is that i recently got an email from relic online:

A Product Key has been transferred from this account to another. Account Name: chen9318
Product Key: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

What is going on? I haven't been playing COH yet. I will start again next week after exams and my spamming will continue :D

oh thats just great! some random ****er has my CD key. How the hell did he get it? i never handed my key out to anyone.

could it been because of a keygen and coincidence? or hack?

what do people need to transfer the CD key? do they need my username and password, or just the key itself? thank goodness that i was notified. im still waiting for relic to reply. what can they do about it? can they ban the other account?

I think just the key. YOu could also make a new account with the key and the key would be transfered to it...I think. :p

All you had to do was go to EA or the store and said someone already had your cd-key. It sometimes happens when someone hits gold with a keygen.

Hey don. All you need to do is email buggo and explain your situation. Show her the email and explain what is going on. You should get things fixed.

Thanks, i've sent her an email. i've seen her great support in the relic forums, especially about the australian release of OF. No reply from relic though :(

sounds like an idea but i purchased vCOH a year ago, and my key was the good one...until someone stole it now and is still using it.

does it matter if having a hotmail account? sending an email to THQ always fails. i had to use my other email
