Clan Center Forum Rules
1 - Clan Recruitment.
Recruitment threads should typically contain:
Brief introduction to the clan
Link to Clans website, forums
List of games/mods/teams you are recruiting for
Clan game servers, voice servers
Main timezone of the clan
Each Clan is restricted to ONE active recruiting thread ONLY, if a member of your clan already has a recruitment thread posted, then you are to bump that thread, not start a new one. If you wish to create a new thread for your clan then you are to delete any existing ones currently posted. If a clan has multiple existing recruitment threads then all threads older than the current one will be deleted without warning, you have been warned. You are allowed to bump a thread a maximum of once every 24 hours. Excessive thread bumping/spamming will get the thread deleted.
2 - Looking for a Clan. (Players)
If you are looking for a clan please try and include as much information about yourself as possible.
Information such as:
Best/favourite Class.
Best/favourite Vehicle.
What modifications you play the game with.
Where you are located geographically and what timezone you are in.
What times you are able to play.
What kind of clan you are looking for.
Commitment levels for matches etc.
Game experience.
Previous clan experience.
3 - Looking for a Clan. (Clans)
DO NOT post in every thread you can see in which people are looking for clans. Do some research into the person, check their time zones and availability and then advertise your clan. Do not post in/bump threads more than 1 month old. If you simply blanket advertise your clan in every thread going your posts will be removed along with yourself for 1 week.
4 - Tournaments/Challenges
All threads promoting any kind of BF2 tournament (TWL, CAL, 21CW, etc), challenges, scrims, or any other sort of threads seeking competition should be placed in the Tournaments forum (http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=304). Any threads posted in the Clans/Server Promotion forum(s) that fit into this category will get moved.
5 - Existing/Additional forum Rules.
Please take note that the global forum rules (http://bf2.totalgamingnetwork.com/forums/announcement.php?f=5&a=17) are in full effect in this section. Insulting and flaming threads/posts that are directed towards clans or their leaders/members will be removed as soon as they are discovered. If you have been kicked or banned from a particular server belonging to a clan then please contact the server administrator or their sponsors. Do not post on this forum blacklisting clans. If you have an issue relating to a clan and that person is also registered here then please PM that member and not create a thread that will only attract flames.
The administration reserves the right to delete posts/close threads for any reason contrary to the purpose of this forum.
