Yep, it's in spanish. The problem with my system... i have to find a job and trash that Geforce 7100 i have... in-game it looks better, but on screenies... sucks the big deal.

Nope, "mata" means kill, ie, that you have to kill someone. It means here that we have to kill the bomb transporter. :)
