Because the game has that long of a learning curve. Nothing new to battlefield except by the hybrid which flys just like a chopper... well not really, close enough that you can get the hang of it in like 3 minutes. I think everyone is going to be decent at 2142 no matter how long they've been playing and if they played BF2/1942/V, BF is one of those games that is just really simple and dont really require alot of expertise... Anyone can get into it, and thats probably part of EA's diabolical plan!

I refreshed my cache again, deleted cookies etc. and all that stuff, re-logged everything and the link showed. Thanks.

For some reason, my firewall and anti-virus seem to f**k things up for me right when it matters.

Funny thing is, by going to that link, I filled in the form and I'm downloading now, so I didnt even need to book my spot. Seems like a waste of time now then. :|

Looking harder, it seems there may have been. It says on a fwe of the sites you go through to register (I tried to register for my brother as well) that keys are still given on a frist come first serve basis, so they could run out still. By pre-registering, even if you waited until sunday or monday to go to the link and get your key, you still would have, where as people who didnt pre-register may not be able to, beacause the keys could be gone.
