Hi all,

I've been playing BF2 for a couple of years now and never got round to buying/downloading SF/AF and EF. Santa must have thought I was a good boy this year as he has given me the complete collection dvd. My dilema is this... do I uninstall my patched 1.4 version of BF2 and install the lot or can I extract the add-on packs ? Also, how would I go about registering them and still keeping all the unlocks I have for BF2 ?

Thanks for your help guys.

You can do clean install but first back up your userinfo catalogue:
c:\Documents and settings\your computer name\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles
After clean install just copy it back and all your usernames & settings are the same. Also, your points, rank and unlocks are in EA stats server and they don't disappear even if you uninstall the game.
