You do not have to be a subscriber.

This guy I know is d/ling and he is not a subscriber and he got a ket and the whole deal.

This guy I know is d/ling and he is not a subscriber and he got a ket and the whole deal.

I tried to edit the thread title reaper to remove the Fileplanet subscribers part. I edited my 1 post to include the link for non subscribers as well. ;)

I haven't found it anywhere else only at Fileplanet so far. You will need to get a key anyway through Fileplanet I believe for non subs. Anyone who was in the VIP Tuning Beta and the 1st round of FP subscribers can use the key they had for the closed beta.

Yeah so i can't download this or even sign up to FP... because the submit button doesn't load, in any browser i use the page wont load correctly... just black empty background. So i can't play this thanks to some stupid bug.. i hate FP lol, anyone got a clue what my problem is or anyone else suffering from it.

People with the refresh button error:

Turn off your firewalls and anti-virus programs. Delete your IE/FireFox cache/history and reload your browser - it should now work.

Happened to me a week ago. This solution worked.

Does not matter where you got your key, if you have one already you can use it on the new Beta.

Hmmmm... I'm a subcriber and it seems that you keep your same key they just confirm it into the beta 2 or something along those lines..

Ya the people who got into the tuning BETA just use there same info for the second one.

As far as if your weapons and all transfer over I do not know.

There is none that I know of.

Go to the BETA forums and there might be one there.

They do. I still have all my unlocks. However the last three servers I have been on have all crashed :cry:
