i looked but coulnt find it anywhere are we alowed to post screenshots or make movies with this "new" beta?

hm..anyone can get their hands on the beta.
why they still don't let u take screenshots :o
Does it matter lol? Just play by the rules agree to the NDA, the game will be out soon enough, or at least the demo... i mean it would be easier to get your friends to play the beta then to just take screen shots, wouldn't breech nda and would make them happier :)

It's not really us they're all that worried about, it's the media. With the NDA still in place, media and fan sites still have to accept the choice bits PR desides to hand out. It also prevents them from doing any extensive write ups on bugs/glitches in the current build that could generate bad press.
Lifting the NDA is like saying "Open Season!"

Still as far as today is going its not good, i've been sick all day, FP doesn't want to work for me and now my net speed is unusually slow... i think someone up there doesn't want me to have the beta >.<

FP site is down right now, well at least the beta boards are. That might be why you can't get it started.
