Well, I don't know why the translation/description is so bad, considering that the guy in charge of the mod - Joker - is fluent in English...but from the link, here's what the mod does:

It's because I found the news on a German site. Hence why it's in parts of German. I couldn't find the English part so I posted it anyways...

What does one have to do to play this mod?

We run this mod on my clans COD4 mod server. It's ok but I can't wait to see what else will be released. We also run the Realwarefare Mod as well but the extreme mod is a little bit better.
