ok....i just figured out how to use the demp record consol cmd's and no i got this one small tiny winy problem


HOW CAN I CONVERT THERE FIL INTO A WORKABLE FORMAT EG. AVI, MPEG4 etc

Um, well. From the looks of it, you've figured out how to record a demo, correct?

Just use fraps (you can use the trial, and I believe xfire also released a beta video recorder) when playing the demo (console command: /demo demoname) and then that will put it into .avi

Record the demo with your mobile, then play the video on your mobile and record that with a camera. Play the cam footage on your TV and record that with your webcam. It's that easy.

Or you could just use google...
