The First Strike (http://www.firststrikemod.com/) mod website has been updated today with their latest update. This time they have a new video for us. Check it out:

The frozen wasteland of Hoth will soon be witness to many a courageous deed as seen witness by both the Rebel Alliance in their pursuit to hold onto their outpost on Hoth and the invading Imperial Forces seeking to crush all those who stand before them.

This actually looks really good, most mods have bad models but not FS.

It's gonna be great flying some Star Wars ships around. Maybe they'll replace the Titan with the Death Star or a huge star ship.

Our TITAN MODE will blow your socks off we hope! The TEAM are Currently working on a LOT of added features. New code, new gamemodes, new added extras a lot has been done in the BF2 Engine and a lot more will be done in the 2142 Engine.
Progress is looking good as of now :)

Nope, they moved over to Battlefield 2142 before releasing for Battlefield 2...but this way they will be far along when the game releases and hopefully we'll see a mod release soon after. :D
