I remember finding out about Day of Defeat about 2 months before it released and played it nonstop for awhile. Been lookin around tryin to find out if any team is planning a good WWII mod. If anyone knows a website or anything for that, I'd be grateful.

If you have BF2, you could try out Forgotten Hope 2, but there are none for CoD4 i don't think.

well rats, I was hopin for a positive response when I got off work. Ill check that forum out, would love to see a WWII game with this beautiful graphics engine

A WWII mod for COD 4 would be nice. COD 2 on the COD 4 engine.. :P

And while modders are at it, Vietnam and Korea would be good mods too! :)

I think I heard that due to COD4 limiting animations or something along these lines, then it is impossible to create a number of different weapons, and therefore a WW2 mod for cod4. Not certain on that, though.
