I know this has probably been asked 100 times here but I have searched everywhere and the problem was never answered. Could someone point me or tell me how to fix this error:

Error during initialization:
Can't find shader: shader_bin/ps_2_0_3fe1c8af
I get that error when I try and load the mp_tool.exe file. All my files are in the main root of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Thanks guys!
PS: Please don't tell me I have to put the shaders_bin folder inside like 3 other folder because I have done that.

I'm lovin the background Hitman...haha
I can't help, I get a ms(something).dll is missing. I move it into the folder (even though it's there) then another one pops up...So I haven't even moved to your error yet.

I believe you open the map editor and compile tools in C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 – Modern Warfare\bin\

A lot of people have problem swith this error. It can happen when you add a xmodel, a prefab or want to open a map. It seems that the tools have a corrupt/missing path for the shader_bin folder so you have to copy this folder and paste it to several other folders to fix this problems.
Create a new raw folder in your /raw folder and copy the shader_bin folder to it. When you get this error when you want to insert a xmodel, create a raw folder in the xmodels folder and paste the shader_bin folder into it. Do the same for problems with prefabs.
Well tested tools IW.
I'm very computer savvy and I couldn't understand Iceman's instructions either. Please reword them, man.
Uh, is my english so bad? :'(
There are still prefabs, or maybe models too, that will not be able to open without this message and shutting down your work.
Try to put a copy of the RAW/SHADER_BIN folder in those folders too and see what happens. It seems that the tool needs those folders nearly everywhere... lol
I needed to add the following folders to my game/radiant:
C:/Programme/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/raw/raw/shader_bin
C:/Programme/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/raw/xmodel/raw/shader_bin
C:/Programme/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/map_source/prefabs/raw/shader_bin
A few guys told about other problems which could be fixed by pasting the /raw/shader_bin folder also into other folders (problems with the effect editor for example) so when you get such an error, try to fix it by copying the /raw/shader_bin folders to the folder of the item you wanted to use at the time you got the error.
