list ur problems..

Well seeying though there isnt many good things (if any) to say about crysis i thought it would be interesting to post a list of any weird problems u have had with crysis.. maybe we can fix a few while we are here aswell..

1.plays like crap on a $2700au computer:(

2.i find i die after running into things like barrels and once i died after hitting one of the vent slats on the zero gravity level

3. everytime i start the game and im at the menu the mouse is all weird.. like ill run the mouse over the buttons and it doesnt select until i move it about an inch to the right. i found the best way to fix this is by changing ur resolution back and forth once

4. at one point my legs just appeared out the side of my body:shock: i had to restart the game.

5. the last 3 minutes of the game feel asthough their playing at about 3-5 frames per second

6. screen tearing during cinematics (with Vsync on)

7. while playing sometimes my actual mouse cursor appears on the screen aswell as the crosshair.. have to restart the game

8. once during gameplay i got to a part at the very beggining where u kill a whole load of koreans then procced to walk through a little tunnel near a waterfall...after completing all my objectives up unto that point the tunnel was blocked.. and i was unable to get through.. had to start the game from the beginning..

9. ALOT of the time when i go to buy things on multi player by pressing 'P' my mouse gets stuck in the corner of my pc screen and i cant move it...once again...restart..:(

10. theres no prone key configured to the xbox controller.

AND..thats about it :D...so far..

NOTE this isnt a thread about things u dont like about the game.. its a thread about problems in the game:)

It murdered my graphics card. :(

I decided to wait until i have something that can handle single player at max graphics so i can have the full on Crysis experience!

I did the same with Far Cry.

I have no complaints! Works like a dream although it struggles at very high settings... works fine the few first levels though.

And punkbuster won't let me play on punkbuster enabled servers for some reason. Then I have to play on all the servers with aimbots/speedhacks/infinite ammo (I've seen it)...

Ok that's one complaint but not sure if it's crysis' fault. :D

the first few levels work fine on most decent gaming pc's...wait till u reach the aircraft carrier.. then see how much of a dream it is lol

I love it.. I do get a random CTD or a lock up but otherwise the pros far out weight the cons...

lol take a look at my list of problems.. theres no way the pro's or should i say PRO (pretty graphics) out weigh all those damn con's...

..u only have to take one look at the crysis lobby to realise the games screwed..

No problem from that list has never happened to me (OK, i had the mouse problem)...

And the mouse problem is a DX10 thing, cause it never happened to me when playing in DX9 :|:

i think i have had every problem possible with crysis :cry:

the only thing it hasnt done is grown arms and legs and beat the sht out of me

I'd say its your system and setup... and why should the crysis lobby to Total gaming networks forums mean anything about how much the game is played? Well, it isn't and shouldn't..

i wasnt talking about TGN's server.. i was talking about ALL the servers in the lobby.. most of which are empty.. which means not many people are happy with the game.. where as HALO3 (which i dont like:p) when it was released withing 15 minutes they had like over 1000 people playing online.. within the first 15 minutes!.. Server population IS a good representation of a games popularity.. and with a game like crysis that got a years worth of hype and publicity it really isnt doing too well now:)

Considering a lot of people having major issues with this game have some of the more popular gear out, I'd venture to say they really didn't test this game very well. They relied on people like you to buy into the hype and recruit people to play. I for one am sorry I bought this game at all. The frustration has greatly outweighed any pleasure I might have gotten. Just the VTOL sequence alone was enough to ruin the game for me. And I thought BF2142s VTOLs handled like crap...
And aside from gameplay SNAFUs, the technical problems are insane. Between the patches and Nvidia's weak-*** driver support, my framerates continue to plummet and CTDs continue to rise.

QFT!!.. the sad thing is.. it had soo much damn potential! it may have been a generic shooter but it had a difference..
