problem with joining online games

hey i have started to play crysis online but im having trouble joining servers.

most of the time when i j attempt to join a server it will just sit with taht little green screen open spinning and never start loading the map

i have punkbuster on and enabled and i have the most recent patch??

i know my computer is well up to date for it so whats the deal???

hmm well assuming u have let the server load for 5-10 minutes un-interrupted and still came to no success, i wouldnt have a clue :(

maybe try and reinstall the game?
