The developers of the Star Wars: Force Powers mode have posted updates of their impressive-looking AT-AT and AT-ST models:
AT-AT:
Height: 22.5 meters
Maximum speed: 60 km/h
Armament: Taim & Bak MS-1 fire-linked heavy laser cannons (2), Medium repeating blasters (2), Durasteel footpads (4)
Complement: Speeder bikes (5), All Terrain Scout Transports (2) (depending on internal configuration), Heavy weaponry
Crew Pilot: 1
Gunner/co-pilot: 1
Commander: 1
Deck officers: 2
Passengers: 40 troops or more (depending on internal configuration)[6]
Description:
Created at the Kuat Drive Yards, and standing at 15.5 meters from top to bottom, the AT-AT (All-Terrain Armored Transport) is a four-legged walker that somewhat resembles a giant metallic camel. Although sometimes used as a ground assault vehicle and troop transport because of its ability to traverse rugged terrain very quickly for its size, it is mostly used for intimidation.
Although not a completely efficient fighting vehicle, it can indeed hold its own in a prolonged firefight thanks to its heavy armor plating. However, the leg mechanisms also require constant maintenance in order for them to work efficiently over an extended period of time.

AT-ST:
Maximum speed: 90 km/h
Engine unit(s): PowaTek AH-50 energy cell
Armament: Taim & Bak MS-4 twin blaster cannon (1), Light E-web twin blaster cannon (1), Dymek DW-3 concussion grenade launcher (1)
Crew: Pilot (1), Gunner (1)
Description:
While not as intimidating as an AT-AT, the AT-ST is much lighter and faster than its four-legged cousin. These are primarilly used in reconaissance roles, but they are also used in conjunction with AT-ATs to prevent any infantry that manage to sneak past the heavier walkers from gaining any kind of advantage on the battlefield.
They are armed with chin-mounted laser cannons and side-mounted concussion grenade launchers. While not terribly dangerous by themselves, they can pose a deadly threat when used in groups, or in conjunction with AT-ATs. However, their greater speed comes at the cost of resilience, and they can be destroyed rather quickly.
