You can't I'm afraid. You can only use the grenade launcher with AR's ;)

Thanks. Can you explain to me (in baby steps:), how to bring down a chopper?
Also, my Rocker Launcher is out of ammo and it won't let me pick up a new one?

there are a few ways,
Avoid it (Cloak helps)
Any mounted guns (Cars, boats, etc)
Rocket Launchers ( If you can fix your issue)
Shooting it with normal weapons (Not sure if this works)

Try to snipe the pilot...

Just so we are on the same page: The rocket launcher fires three rounds, not the expected one. Also, there is a key that will allow you to drop weapons manually. Check to see to which key you have this function bound.
The best way to take down a chopper is to anticipate when the pilot is going to change directions. Just before this change, fire the rocket slightly ahead of the direction the chopper is flying (i.e. lead your shot). The idea is to lead your shot so that the rocket hits just as the chopper is standing still during the direction change.
Hope this helps.

Why dont you just nail the chopper with 2 - 3 rockets when you have a bunch of RL near you?

My whole post was about using the rocket. He was having trouble getting the hits. :p

Try shooting the tail rotor. They lose control and explode.

I didn't see this mentioned, but you can 'steer' the rockets, they are guided. Works great on boats as well. I always stay scoped in, and hold the fire button down until contact.

You dont have to hold the fire button, just click, guide, wait, BOOM! :D
