Mod tools question

Ok first off the is the 1st time I have tried any of this. So this may be a very stupid question. When I try and unzip the file it says the file already exsists and do i want to overwrite it. Do I say yes to all? I don't wanna brick anything with COD4.

I'd say go ahead and overwrite, you can always reinstall CoD4.
