I just pre ordered from eb games and on the box it said "Play as a sniper-medic". Im thinking WTF, correct me if im wrong but you cant swap unlocks and classes.

Second thing. I love recon and id like to her peoples comments on the stock guns and ESPECIALL THE LAMBERT CARBINE UNLOCK.

1. No you cant have sniper medic, its a typo.
2. The lambert carbine is a good weapon, good at close combat and longer ranges. But with a one on one with a Assualt it'll lose.

Yeah i suppose but two people evenly matched the Assualt will come out on top.

If you were an old pro with the G36C in BF2, then you already know everything there is to know about this gun. Insane accuracy, but lower damage means you'll lose to even an average assault player at short range.

isn't the lambert like having the G36c for spec ops in bf2?
so those who want to be the spec ops of recon would choose the lambert(or right recon tree).

pretty much, except the G36c is a lot smaller than the huge lambert - it's a big gun taking up 1/3 of the screen, when you switch to scoped view on the lambert it takes about a second or so to come up, the G36c is like .5 seconds to iron sight view.

Lambert Carbine is super super accurate, most accurate gun in the game bar perhaps the accuracy of the Ganz HMG when its 95% overheated (which lasts for about .5 seconds haha).

If you like spec ops in BF2 you'll love the Lambert Carbine. Simple as that.

The only gun change by pre-order is the Scar-11 replacement skin, there is no way to unlock a new gun with any preorders other then that.

Thats not what I mean, I mean does the game come with the promotion code already set in or does eb games have to give me a code on a piece of paper, thats what I meant by the special edition

You get a piece of paper/preorder box if you got it from the store. And a email if you got it online.
If you did not get it then i would talk to them.

I recieved a pre-order box but what happened was that they ran out of dog-tags so they gave me the box, from what I can see there is no marking insignia for a upgrade code :S:S

The "stock" recon gun is a sniper rifle, you have to unlock the lamber this the 3 things before it.

And no you cannot play as a sniper medic.

the lambert has proven magical. almost every time i encountered it, it was a 2 shot kill. when i used it myself, i rarely lost.

This can be said for any weapon if you have any amount of skill. :D

its good but you will be swiss cheese if you even try to directly take on a decent engie.

but with the cammo its not a problem.
