Hey there,

About squad bonus...can the leader set simple tasks such as

Protect Titan= +1 for any kill on ally titan
Protect Silo 1= +1 for any kill on Silo 1
Attack Titan= +1 for any kill on enemy titan
Destroy Consoles= +(something) for destroying an enemy titan console

or is it more intricate than that?

Destroy Walker Silo 4= +5 for destroying the enemy walker situated within Silo 4
Destroy Airship Titan= +5 for destroying the enemy airship situated near ally titan

or is it even one of these two?...have I gotten it mortally wrong?

from my experiance it was more like your top one but even more simplifiyed such as move/attack/defend here and for ever enemy you kill within a certian radios of that gives you one additional point

Maybe theres additional points for demolation and repair commands as well but I dont know

If points are given inside certain areas a squad leader positioned too, wouldnt everyone just become a squad leader and point themselves to where you can get more points?

Has EA fully realeased information on how the point system works?

So when you make a kill in the set perimetre do the whole squad get a extra point or just the person who made the kill:confused:

Oh right i see so it is really going to pay off to be a really good squad leader then;)

It seems Dice has thought alot about teamwork and seems to have made a sytem that should reealy improve the amount of team work on a side:D

I can see Squad Leaders getting super scores, in a 6 man squad.
A new whoring will be created = Squad Leader Whoring.

U need to have a certain amount of people in your squad to use certain unlocks, to prevent point farming.

Its when A attack/defend ect, order is issued and if you kill revive ect in that vicinity then its a extra point.

I'm pretty sure that squad leaders and the squad members get points when their squad leader issues them an attack order. I don't remember having to capture the silo assigned or whatever to get the points, they would just generate over time.

man, I hope that more squad leaders will use their commands. In BF2, many times squad leaders will only assign a command if it is ordered by the commander.

If they are not ordering commands, then the team is losing out on potential points. But I guess this was the main reason to do this afterall, to get more team work eh?
