View Full Version : To ALL the people talking about time differences in the Demo

Ive seen alot of people moaning because they think its unfair that places like America get the Demo before the UK...and they wonder why it cant be a global release...

the truth is...it IS a global release...and it will start where DICE is situated and their timezone...

so when its released in America at 5am that is the equivilent to 5pm in the UK (note...not the real time difference)

so it is global...just the difference in times between the countrys that mean some people will wake up to the demo while others will come back from work for it...

Yea... things like this never release at a decent time. We are either at school, at work, or sleeping. :(

they were smart with the thursday though...download it overnight on thursday and wake up on friday...go to work/school and comeback friday to play!

not bad the way I see it!

Is this a joke or do people really ask why it isn't global?Wow,time zones were taught to us like when i was 10 or something.

yea...Ive seen people saying 'why isnt this a global release for the demo' etc.

Well apparently, a midnight release over in the US is really good for Australians! Midnight over there is around 4pm here so we get enough time to download and play through the night!

Hold on how can that be real time !!!!!!!!!!!!! Where in the states are the Uk 12 hours in front ??????????????????????????????????????????

Thanks for clearing that up Electronix I know I've had a hard time w/ ppl not understanding timezones, or the search button
