Need help upgradin

i have
1gb of ram
amd athlon 3500+
radeon xpress 200
My pc barely can play bf 2 on low settings

if i add
2 gbs of ram
a new graphic card ( need help picking one)

could i play on high settings.
My budget for a graphic card is 100$

It all depends on if your mainboard has a pci-express slot or agp or only pci.
For $99 the HD2600XT is probably the best card and is DX10 compatible.

It's not a great card, but you will have to buy used if you want better.
You will need 1.5-2gb of ram to run on high.
Your processor might struggle.

i thought express 200 was onboard
and yes the 3500 will become a bottleneck.
