Anyone else having terrible lagg on bf2142 servers? On BF2 my computer ran smooth on every server, but now, i'm always lagging, i mean to a point where I can't even try to enjoy the game. And it gets 2x as worse when I enter a titan. Any Help? Or at least anyone else have the same problem?

Personnally I have not noticed any major lag what so ever.
I have my setting somewere between med and high.
Post your computer setup, and maybe somebody might have a suggestion.

Are you talking about lag or bad framerates? They are completely unrelated, and you don't really make it clear which is your problem. I've noticed some bad lag on some servers even with consistently low pings, but the game performs as well as BF2 if not better in terms of framerates.

as you said saggy, I have a ping rate of 50-60, so i'd say lagg, I'll try putting my settings to low, but I hate to do that, it ruins the game, in my opinion

graphics settings have nothing to do with network lag >.>

I think what you mean (50-60 ping ) is low FPS. Lag generally means you have a high ping, which can cause low fps, however a lower end system will cause low fps, with no increase in ping (lag)
Corect me if I am wrong guys

Thats not lag, thats an ingame problem. As you can see by the video, the sprint metre on the bottom right suddenly disappears. Its called bad codeing. I think your lag is the same as mine. Others recommended a better computer.:hmm:

erm network lag and crappy framerates are entirely seperate. i will try and simplify the concept. please bare in mind this is a generalisation.
i suppose network lag (latency, packetloss in particular) could give the appearance that you are losing frames in that the play may become jerky, however that's usually just your client 'predicting' events out of sync with the actual update of events as provided to your client via the gameserver. there are no instantaneous exchanges of information from client<->server so there must usually be SOME interval of prediction between said exchanges.
that aside, i find myself getting crapped up choppy play that isn't dropping framerates, even on servers where i have a stable 16-20ms ping (love my cable :D)... tends to feel like packetloss but i havent attempted any kind of tests in that vein as i'm incredibly laze. hopefully things will be smoother with some initial server updates... i don't get this kind of crap lag in bf2 ;/
