anti keylogger programs?

Hey, I know this is kind of off topic, it doesn't have to do with BF2 support but I want to know what would be a reliable program to kill keyloggers. I googled some of them but there are A LOT. I want to know like preferences for anti keylogging software. Any good ones?

Then install Spybot which blocks keyloggers amongst other things: http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/Spybot_Search_and_Destroy/1043809773/1

You should never have a problem after that. Just keep them both up to date.

edit: oh and should i have spybot resident running at all times?
