INstall ErrOR

i cant install is says error code -6002

it also says close any other running programs (did it)
check internet connection(internet based setups) (did it)
and empty temporary folders???? (dont know how to)

so what do i do:confused:

How much free space do you have on C:?

Temp folder is located C:\Documents and Settings\"yourloginusernamehere"\Local Settings\Temp

iv got 14.3 gb of space left

and do i just delete all the things in the temp folder
