How Do I Install

ok can some one tell me how to install the demo it just wont work
every time i press it it comes up with an error
so are there any files i have to add or do i just go and dowload again!!
and try to install?

Yes, what error message does it show, something like missing dx3033.dll?

the error message has to do with install shield error code -6002when i try to empty my temp folder it wont me delete a few files it says used by a nother comp or program??
and there are no other programs running it wont work!
