Question on Crysis Demo Benchmark

I am curious to what the "Recorded Played Tris ratio" means...

what is the ratio referring to?

Is 0.70 good? Do we want this to be high? or low?

Sry mate no clue. Would help if i could read though. For some reason when i click on it and it zooms in, its still to grainy.
