To view replays you simply download the .rec file. Save it to somewhere and then place it into the Documents/My Games/COH/Playback folder. After doing that fire up COH, go to, Game History and you can view the replay(s).
On the flip side to upload them you just save the replay after the game, and then upload it fromt the playback folder, it won't be named the same as the save name, so be careful, and perhaps sort the files by date.
**the .temp files is the last game you have played, if you forgot to save a replay just go to the playback folder and rename the file and there you go, you saved your last game.
