The 22nd SAS Regiment is a European gaming clan for players aged 16 and above and currently hosts GRAW2, COD4, Battlefield 2142 and Battlefield 2 troops. Our BF2 troop is recruiting now!
The Battlefield 2 troop has recently undergone some fantastic changes, making the atmosphere a comfortable and enjoyable one to play in for players of all experience. Thanks to the number of troop members we have you’re always bound to get a good game in, even if it’s before you go to bed at 5am with the other fanatics.
Our Battlefield 2 troop proudly oversees an infantry only server and a vehicles server which are administrated whenever they’re populated. If you're interested in seeing if our server rules (no bunny hopping, no commanders, no c4/claymoring flags etc) are more in line with what you're used to enjoying take a look here. Those browsing our forums will quickly realize we're a good bunch of people wanting to get the very most out of the game we can from a clan environment - and have a bloody good laugh at the same time. Ventrilo is a must to join in with the squad play and general banter.
For those more interested in squad play and tactics generally, or in friendly or league matches, there is certainly room for you too alongside the heaps of others that enjoy discussing and contributing logistics to the team game of Battlefield 2. We participate regularly in friendly and league inter-clan matches (weekly basis; in season).
Our unique clan structure (a mirror of the real British army ranking) is a real asset to the clan as a whole in organization and especially to enthusiastic new members who find their way into the troop; junior officer ranks have been set aside specially to assist new members of the clan that join us.
You'll soon find the clan's strengths are derived from the pure effort and dedication many of our players are willing to put in, as well as the guidelines we follow (http://www.the22ndsasclan.net/page.php?4) to upkeep a healthy and mature environment.
