How do you heal an Allies soldier?

By that you mean ur buddy on the map? If so then you build a triage center and a medic station, i always send my injured sappers and riflemen to my brothers base and he heals them for me.

If you are talking about US you build a triarge(?) building (looks like a small medic box) next to your HQ so when you retreat men they get healed. The building is found in the main build section for US engys.
