Spetsnaz Base was RoKo_859's first map, and looks to be a very successful one! A map I personally would recommend checking out for yourself.

Installation:
*Put Files in your "Usermaps" Folder in COD4.
*Location of Usermaps: C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/
