US Intervention Mod Update

After months of silence, the US Intervention (http://us-intervention.com/) mod team is back today with their latest update. Here's what they had to say:

Hello all, the USI team has risen from the silence. We send this update to you all, letting you know we are still here. After 5 months, activity among the team has increased. First note, we have some server files available for everyone. These files fix 80% of ctd's while playing coop and single player. Basrah Streets, however, still has a memory issue and should not be included in the server's map rotation. The files are compressed into a rar flie. To patch your USI, simply EXTRACT to battlefield 2/mods, yes to overwrite. If anyone needs help, post here, and we will try to help as much as we can.

Note 2, USI.17 is on the verge of being ready for download, this is a full build with an install exe and is 1.63 gigs in size, keep an eye out for release soon.

honestly who plays this dead mod anyway. don't get me wrong its nice (except the a-10 which it is not like PR sounds ) but no one plays this mod.

Not true. Althought there're few people playing it online, but it's an excellent SP/coop mod. I like to play it very much.:thumbsup:

I play it! We have a nice coop server running which is great since Guedoe got the coop crashes fixed. Anyone interested in this top-notch mod should join the X-Fire group (link below) and check out the server! BTW - Personally LOVE the A-10 and it's sounds.

This is really an awesome mod. It is unfortunate that the player base is small, there is some quality work and inventive ideas in this mod! I really love the apached HUD, AWESOME, and I like the idea of laser targeting!

All in all, a great mod that if more people played would really catch on and take off!

I'm hoping that the upcoming release, combined with the coop fixes, will bring a new player base to the mod.

This is actually a great mod (aside from the amount of ppl playing it) Its made by the same studio by PR , Black Sand Stuido. So dont hate.

i don't care about impressions....besides i am mostly a reader.
anyways,..... i do hope it can attract more people. But even FH2 is somewhat struggling....People really need to ween off the ranking servers for mods like these to survive.

Just DL'd it again. I had the beta when it came out, I liked it alot. Then it died. If anything else the SP is cool. The tanks rock !!

Let's get a coop game on. Look for a [FLOT] server under "COOP" gametype in the server filter. The bots will give you a run for your money...
