Wierd problem

I have a wierd problem which is that I and my friend play on a local server I run on my comp, but due to being ermm... well having fun he has become banned and can't get back on because of excessive tk'ing). Now we go on his server all fine and dandy and whallomp I get banned :rolleyes: I just love killing him :P so is there any way we can get eachothers un-banned?
