View Full Version : Rockband anyone?

I need help deciding which console I should get Rock Band for.

Consider the fact that I own all three consoles - so the problem is mainly over the people I'd potentially want to play with later on in life.

So, if you own Rockband, and have it for the PS3, let me know in this thread. We could then play together and make our own band! Woo!

Rock Band isn't even out here, and when it is released it will probably be at a high price.

Why not play online? It's an absolute blast to play with other people - and it's just as kick *** online.

I'd say get it for PS3, but with rockbank 2 not too far off I suggest wait and get 2. unless you want to pay a lot less to get the first.

I'll probably buy GHIII for ps3 off of Corkum since I can drive a little ways to get it from him.

You do realize that Rock Band 2 will use Rock Band 1's instruments, right?

The First has some good DLC out there unless I am confusing it with GHIII

You do realize that Rock Band 2's instruments are the same ones being used in Rock Band 1 right?

But there have made some minor additions

Pretty much the whole reason why I wanna get Rock Band now. It's going to be backwards compatible.

I have no one who would be willing to come all the way to my house (i live 15 minutes outside of town) just to play Rock Band so I will just get GHIII maybe.

You can play Rock Band with other people Online.

Also note you can play the drums, or sing. I personally bought Rock Band for the drums. :yay:

I picked up Rock Band for the PS3, and I have to say.

I LOVE THIS GAME.

I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.

I just spent the last twelve hours on the drums. I haven't even tried the microphone yet.

I just went to BestBuy after getting the Honda checked out in the town where we bought it because of a recall.

(We dont have a bestbuy here in town) they had rockband setup, i had played GH before so i gave the drums a whirl and i suck horribly so i talked myself out of getting Rockband i can always go to someone elses house to play it if i want.
