This is called the 'Lullaby Trailer', and is banned here in the US (well not banned, but wasn’t approved) by the ESRB (http://www.esrb.org/) because well, it’s pretty gory. In the EU the PEGI (http://www.pegi.eu/) has given Dead Space a rating of 18+. Take a look:
