I seen a few threads on people showing their dog tags. How dou you get a picture of your dog tag. it be cool if i could use it as a sig or something.

Just take a screenshot when you get it. Press print screen.

By knifing people.

as waatrope already told you, just press the print button on your keyboard when the dogtag appears ingame after you have knifed somebody and when you quit the game go into my documents/bf2142/screenshots and voila there it is ;)

oh ok thanks, i thought that knifing someone would get there dog tag and not yours.

You get the enemys dog tag not yours.

so if i wanted a pic of mine, would i have to get someone to knife me and then send me the screenshot

Download FRAPS (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3934.html); than start it and I think the screenshot button is F9/F12 check in the program though and it should save it in the C:\Fraps folder. My Z-board Merc has a screenshot key on that takes a High res and low res screenshot the same time.

Yep. I guess when people have their own dog tag in their sig they have written their own name into an empty dog tag.

I thought that this was the whole point in collecting dogtags...:confused:
But nowhere can you see who you knifed in the past:cry:

It's Only the demo so it doesn't record ANY stats.
In the full game, it will probrably show under BF HQ.
