23h till release from ea downloader?

i was told and i read that i be the first to play the demo and the game.
im finding out others already are playing the game on the 17th .
but i have to wait 23hours?

I am still waiting also. Its BS if you ask me because of the fact a day after I preordered it, the timer added 24 hrs. It was supposed to be the 17th when I ordered it, but after they got my money, they bumped it to the 18th.

I am finding it harder to support EA after this crap. Talk about FALSE &%^*&@*$*ing advertisement!

Other people already getting it from EB games, and australia, and giveaway..the people who have it from EA Downloader seem to be the last in line.

I think EA is the problem! When I preordered on the 10th, it showed the 17th also. Then a few days later the timer had been pushed back 24 hrs to the
18th at Noon est.

Of course my CC bill came in on the 15th & showed they already got my money so ........... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Settle down. Go read the other forums about people trying to play today. No stats, disconnections, etc. The infrastructure to support the online gaming of BF2142 kicks off at 13:00EST tomorrow.

The only thing that bothers me is that I was willing to trade an early start for never having the physical disk or documentation. Since I don't get the early start, why did I pay full price since they saved on packaging for me. Got to be worth a few buckerinos for the packaging.

it's funny i really did get pwned by bf2142 - 1st the ads i find 5 minutes after buying, 2nd is i find people getting it 1 day sooner than the "preload ea downloader" which is basically same price for no hard copy, sheesh.

Why in the name of all thats holy do EA release the game digitally at different dates? I got the game for free for EA Downloader, but I can't play it for 24 hours. But ppl are buying the boxed edition as we speak. What's the big idea of having a digital release, a preloadet digital release I might add, after this?

I'm marching down to my game-vendor first thing in the morning and getting a copy. Play the game the nanosecond it's released my ***!

I live in europe, mine shows around 23h and 12 mins to release atm.
Here the game is not on stores yet.

Just speculating but they may be trying to release the game in 'waves' to reduce the load on the master servers. That may be the reason EAD shows diferents times to release.

The EA Preload Downloader is use the Whine 2.3 system combine with the Beoch Decrypter to monitor your posts on these forums.

If your words appear to be on the "crybaby" level, the counter adds a certain number of hours to your timer.
