The street date for Soulcalibur IV has apparently been broken for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. Obviously, not every store across the world will break the street date so readily, but a few certainly have!

That is the Xbox 360 version you see in the video above. There are also a handful of photographs (http://kotaku.com/5026953/soulcalibur-iv-start-screen-and-character-selection) of a few gentlemen in New Jersey who picked up a few early copies of the PlayStation 3 version.
Soulcalibur IV is still slated for a July 29, 2008 release in North America.
