How do I activate/use the Gruber 5 Stabilizer?

What exactly do the "NetBat" helments do? What are they good for, how are they used?

Netbat and supply crate upgrades are automatic. All other unlock you have to drag the them into the empty slots on your character in the customization screen.

To use the stabilizer, you need to hold SHIFT i think it is when you are zoomed in on your scope. ;)

Chauncey is correct. get your reticle pretty close to your target and then hold shift, but make sure you make any adjustment very quickly because it is rather short. they said they lengthened the time, but i do not know how much. could be like how "decreased sway on sniper zoom" when it looks exactly the same.

It seems to be around 2 seconds. It also recharges somewhat quickly so it might be of use, although i have gotten kinda used to the sway.

The netbat helmets transmit additional information to your squad mates about what you can see, or they display this information for longer. You do not have to do anything other than look at a target, the extra info gets shown if you can show it.

Where you get the red diamond to show you where folks are that you cannot see but your squadmembers can, the netbats show...
